1. No Return Without Video Proof

To ensure transparency and prevent fraud, no product will be accepted for return without a proper unboxing video.

  • The video must be recorded from the start, clearly showing:

    • The sealed parcel before opening

    • The shipping label

    • The full unboxing process without pause or cuts

    • The condition of the product inside

Without a clear and continuous unboxing video, we will not process any return or refund request.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide the unboxing video as proof

  • Share clear pictures of the issue

After verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A refund (if replacement is not possible)

3. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size selection

  • Incorrect order placed by customer

4. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be sent through the original payment method
